Returns Policy

At Brikum, we always hope you like what you buy, however, if necessary, all products purchased on, can be returned and refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase, privided that the specific conditions for returns are met.

To initiate a return, please contact us via this form.

From Brikum, we organise the collection with our transport agency.

How returns work

Step 1: Contact us using this form, indicate the reason dor the return and and check that the product complies with the return conditions. (section 4)

Step 2: Arrange a collection with the carrier.

Step 3: Prepare the packaging by placing it in a cardborad box/bag so that the carrier cannot attach the return label to the original packaging. 

*It is essential to send a photo to our WhatsApp (676 312 922) / Mail ([email protected]) in order to have a record of how the packaging is sent and, in case of damage during transport, to be able to complain to the carrier.  

Step 4: Once recived, the product is checked in the warehouse and a replacement is sent or the order is refunded.  

Step 5: If you decided to get you money back, we will refunded you within 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used.

If you decided used cash on delivery, please provide is eith your account number so that we can refund you by bank transfer.

Once all this is finished... Full refund!

Reasons for return

1. Request for return of the product by customer's decision. 

If the return is not due to a product defect or shipping error, we will accept the return during the first 14 days after the purchase, provided that it complies with the conditions detailed in the section, conditions of return of the product, assuming the return shipping costs.

All products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not present, Brikum reserves the right to depreciate the price of the product.

*The customer can send it directly to our facilities or can also choose the option of having Brikum provide the return shipping and the cost will be deducted from the amount of the returned product.

2. Damaged products

If the reason for the return or exchange is that the product has been broken in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on this form and send us photos of the product, both of the product/box and the outer packaging. In case of exceeding this deadline, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged product, so the return of the damaged product will be rejected.

Don't worry, we will take care of the management of the exchange or return of the product, we just need as much information as possible to present it to the carrier.

3. Defective products

If the product is defective, we will proceed to solve the problem according to the state of the product and the date or purchase, reserving to the manufacturer/supploer the right of replacement, rapair or pride reduction. Always guaranteeing the optimum functioning of the product purchased.

All products are guaranteed for 2 years.
