SikaTop 30 is a bonding resin for mortars and plasters. Synthetic emulsion that mixed with water is used for the preparation of mortar or grout
of cement getting a good adhesion and water resistance.

CARACTERISTICS

• Provides a surface with good adhesion on all types of porous substrates.
• Non-flammable
• Ready to use and easy to apply
• Non-flammable.
• Medium open time
• Second application.
• In application on horizontal surfaces, it maintains cohesion avoiding disaggregation and dragging of the aggregate.
• Applicable on surfaces with certain humidity (matt humidity), but not saturated or waterlogged.
• It maintains the tackiness for quite a long time, so it is not necessary to apply the mortar or plaster immediately.
• Not applicable in screeds for screeds with mortar.

USES

As a bonding bridge for:

• Mortars, whether made on site, dry or pre-dosed.
• Gypsum, plaster
