SikaTop-209 ES 24kg two-component waterproofing mortar Sika

SikaTop-209 ES is a two-component, pre-dosed, flexible waterproofing mortar based on cement, selected aggregates and modified polymers.

ADVANTAGES

APPLICATIONS

It can be used to make waterproofing and protective coatings on surfaces in which flexibility is required, in order to spot small cracks. Some of the most common places where it can be used are:

• Tanks, pools, canals or other elements intended to contain water, whether buried or not buried.
• Interior basement waterproofing
• Exterior waterproofing of buried walls
• Repair and protection of surfaces exposed to the action of ice and deicing salts: bridge parapets, terrace and roof overhangs, cornices, etc.
• Protection of concrete structures in marine environments
• Waterproofing in contact with drinking water

CHARACTERISTICS

• Chemical base: Cementitious mortar improved with synthetic resins
• Conservation: 12 months from the date of manufacture, in their original, well-closed and undamaged containers in a dry and cool place.
• Maximum grain size: 0.3 mm
• Density: Density of fresh mortar: ~ 1.70 kg/l (at +20 °C)
• Consumption: ~1.7 kg/m2/mm. It will depend on the roughness of the support
