Depending on the size, the flat roof window is opened by 1 or 2 230V chain motors integrated in the frame. The opening is 30 cm by means of the included remote control, but can also be connected to a switch/push button.

Between the double glazing and the plinth the window incorporates a PVC frame with EPS with a 4º slope to prevent water stagnation.

The window includes a rain detector that closes the window automatically in the event of rain.

CARACTERISTICS

• It is not advisable to install in very humid environments such as swimming pools or in places where there is a direct influence with chemical substances.
• The hinges are always placed in the lowest part of the frame slope and the motor in the highest part. In the rectangular sizes the hinges are placed in the longest longitudinal part.

The Skylux iWindow 2 Fixed window with straight skirting is the only one on the market that allows 100% light entry, the opening of the slab opening is the same as the light entry size.

The straight skirting is made of white PVC and offers great resistance. Its interior is filled with EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), which provides excellent thermal insulation value. It can be installed on any type of flat roof.

Its inner side is smooth and does not need any additional treatment after installation. The straight skirting has a U-shaped groove at the bottom designed for finishing, if desired, with PYL gypsum plasterboard.
