ZX-TERRAZA stepladders

The ZX terrace ladder is specially designed to go outside a building with a flat roof. It is lightweight, quiet, easy to maneuver, safe and stable.

It saves a lot of space thanks to the possibility of being able to fold. It allows comfortable access to the outside and makes full use of the space in the room.

The ZX terrace ladder is provided with a 65 cm high wooden box, to be waterproofed during the installation phase, with external cover in zinc plated sheet metal, completely watertight and waterproof, provided with an internal lock.

The ZX terrace ladder is supplied with the metal frame, wooden cover and ladder in galvanized tubular structure, fully assembled and provided with detailed instructions for easy and quick installation.

Opening

Staircase equipped with a unique pantograph opening system, very convenient to maneuver, which ensures that the steps of the ladder are completely collected on top of the lid when the ladder remains closed.

Its opening system requires to provide a maneuvering space in front of the drawer, necessary to open the ladder.
