These qualities make it an excellent adhesive for use under water.

These qualities make it uniquely suited to cope with the most extreme moisture and make it an ideal product for bonding and sealing in most construction situations: maintaining or repairing leaks in pipes and gutters, sealing asphalt roofing fabric and joints, sealing, bonding and repairing bituminous roof coatings, repairing holes caused by corrosion, waterproof finishing for chimneys and lighting domes, sealing sewers or gutters.
