Total Foam Adhesive Bonding x3 Fischer 750ml

Single-component polyurethane adhesive foam that cures with ambient humidity, with high adhesion to most materials and substrates used in construction. Considerable time savings in terms of preparation and application compared to other traditional systems.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Its formulation based on polyurethane foam provides high adhesion to most materials used in construction and DIY, except for non-stick materials such as PE, PP and PTFE.
• It does not require any additional chemical reagents, only the moisture it takes from the environment and the substrate during the first minute of aeration. Depending on this humidity, the product polymerizes, forming a first layer (skin) in about 5 minutes.
• No additional containers, mixing tools, water or other elements used in traditional methods are required for application. Just screw the can onto the applicator gun... and that's all.
• Fischer foam applicator guns enable the correct dosing of the product through the combination of trigger and regulating screw, which makes a foam can reach a high output.
• As it has no solvents in its formulation, it can be used without problems to glue insulation panels or mouldings made of delicate materials, such as expanded polystyrene.
• Grey colour.

APPLICATIONS

• It is suitable for all types of assembly and repair work with materials such as wood, plaster, drywall, plasterboard, metal, ceramic, precast concrete, cement, etc.
• Not suitable for PE, PP and Teflon. Permanent contact with water is not recommended. Recommended for indoor use.

FUNCTIONALITY

• Apply the product in beads or dots to one side of the materials to be bonded.
• Press the two sides together firmly for a few seconds.
• For heavy materials, it is recommended to use mechanical clamping until the product is completely dry.
• The surfaces to be glued must be firm and completely clean. At least one of the surfaces must be porous.
