It is used to achieve water-repellent and oil-resistant floors. Sikagard®-917 W can be applied on supports with low and medium porosity, such as: tiles, concrete, mortar, masonry, brick and stone.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Excellent penetration
  • Easy to use
  • Reduces water absorption due to capillarity, protection against rainwater and water ingress
  • Reduces water and oil absorption
  • Does not form a layer
  • Appearance/Color: Whitish liquid. Transparent once dry
  • Consumption: Depends on the absorption of the support and the depth of penetration required, ~ 75 g/m2 per layer. Depending on porosity, a second coat may be needed
APPLICATIONS
It can be applied on supports with low and medium porosity, such as: terracotta tiles (Catalan tile), concrete, mortar, masonry, brick and stone.
