Diamond core bits have been developed for professionals who need to drill in hard materials, such as porcelain, stoneware, natural stone, cast iron or fiberglass, where it is very difficult to drill with conventional systems. These core bits guarantee excellent performance and long life even in the hardest materials.

Less water: These bits work with little and intermittent water cooling, unlike conventional bits that require a constant supply of water. Just wet the tip of the drill bit at the beginning of each drill hole and repeat every 5 seconds

Clean holes: Clean, precise holes with no damaged or chipped perimeters.

Life: To ensure longer life, we use more diamonds for fast cutting and a more abrasion-resistant bond for greater durability.

Durability: Hardened alloy body to resist torsional twisting from continuous operation

Easy waste removal: Special grooves with steps for easy removal of waste with leverage

Versatile: Can be used on grinders or drills, using an adapter.

How to use on a grinder:

  1. Place the M14 adapter on the crown and tighten it until it is firmly clamped with a wrench. Then thread the assembly into the grinder, tightening it with a wrench until it is secure.
  2. If the tile is not placed on the wall or floor, clamp it with clamps to prevent movement.
  3. Insert the crown into the water
  4. Start the grinder at maximum speed. Slowly approach the bit at an angle of 20-30°, applying light pressure to prevent it from slipping on the surface. When the bit starts to cut and has made a groove, gradually grind the angle until the perimeter of the bit is in full contact with the surface.
  5. Every 5 seconds you should cool the bit
  6. Apply light, oscillating pressure during cutting to maximize the life of the bit.
