Many users want to work on screw connections faster but without having to accept any compromises. With a screwdriver that works precisely, that also allows for forceful final tightenings but also works much faster than an ordinary screwdriver. The solution to this problem is a planetary gear that can be optionally connected or disconnected: if integrated into the screwdriver handle it is able to increase the working speed clearly, especially in the case of metric threads.
The Kraftform Turbo system accelerates the screwing process in a purely mechanical way. The Turbo function can optionally be activated or switched off manually by pressing a button when required. Switching off is recommended in the case of rising torques, or when fine adjustment is involved, or when a final tightening or untightening of a screw by means of high torque is desired.
The robust steel construction is maintenance-free and provides for a long tool life. In the VDE version, the 827 T i Kraftform Turbo Bit Holder Handle screwdriver and the individually tested Wera VDE interchangeable bits ensure fast and safe working, even under voltage.
