CARACTERISTICS

• Induced reinforced bond strength between the coil yarns and the collector delgas have been significantly improved, a cotton cord and another felt ring have been added. The depth of the collector delgas has been increased from 1.2 mm to 1.9 mm.
• New brush holder design, with cap by replacing the screw cap with a screw cap, more safety against shock and overheating.
• Change of the brush spring, maintains the same pressure both at the beginning and at the end of the brush, increases the length of the brush, from 9.5mm to 13.5mm
• Motor housing more rigid with material (polyamide 610), to reduce the absorption of moisture in the air, avoiding the expansion of the housing, which can cause a movement of the stator causing friction between armature and stator, this can make some small scratches on the armature wires and communicate them producing a short circuit.
• New side handle more comfortable, the outside part bigger, prevent the worker's hand from sliding out.
• Anti-restart system prevents accidental start-up. A red LED light illuminates indicating that the SAR system is activated
