STORAGE

To ensure the characteristics of its finish, the product should be kept in its original packaging until the time of placement. If the product is to be stored for a long period of time, it is advisable to store it under cover.

LOCATION

To ensure good adhesion to the substrate, it is necessary to use bonding and grouting materials suitable for the environment to which they will be subjected. Tile fixing with traditional mortars does not guarantee good adhesion.

Due to the nature of the material, there may be dimensional differences between pieces. Therefore, all types of joints should be properly planned and executed: structural, perimeter, expansion and tile-to-tile joints. Tile installation without joints is inadvisable from any technical point of view, and can be the origin of various pathologies. For an optimum result, we recommend using 2 mm of joint.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

After installation, it is recommended to remove the remains of bonding and grouting materials with a commercial descaler specifically designed for ceramic tiles, diluted with water, remaining in contact with the surface to be cleaned for no more than 5 minutes. As a general rule, powder detergents and metallic or abrasive scouring pads should not be used. Generally, a sponge, warm water and a neutral liquid soap will suffice.

Afterwards, rinse with plenty of clean water.
