When the EDI 4 electric ice scraper is used on the vehicle's windows, the ice scraper is ready to scrape off even the most stubborn ice in a single pass.
When the EDI 4 is in standby mode, a light pressure from above is all it takes for the starter disc to start rotating; the ice then virtually detaches itself. Once the blades have worn down, the starter disc can be replaced without the need for tools (starter disc available as a spare part).
