HISTORY

It is a company that has 65 years of experience in the production and marketing of consumer plastic products for home and outdoor use. And today we can see how it has become an international company and market leader in its sector.

It has managed to remain a market leader thanks to its constant search for new practices and habits, and the launch of new products that make life easier for the customer.   

It all started in 1949 when Peter CURtius and Ad VERschuren founded a glass packaging company in the Netherlands. The family business was renamed CURVER after the combination of the two surnames of the founders.

In 1960 they switched from glass to plastic products as the consumption of plastic products grew considerably. Until 2011, when plastic products were again frowned upon, they had to renew themselves to the new times and used recycled plastic to have a more sustainable manufacturing. 

After this they have continued in the same line until they have also become the leader in their sector in using recycled plastic for their products, and by 2028 they want to double their consumption of recycled plastic to 80%.
