APPLICATION TIPS
.
- Place a gasket bottom (refer to the performance of the backing materials) over the entire width of the joint to ensure stability, in order to allow a correct sealing depth (6 mm minimum).
- The width-to-depth ratio should normally be 1:1 or 2:1, depending on the requirements.
- Light water spraying or priming may be required on porous surfaces.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the cartridge nozzle according to the bead size and angle required.
- Place the gun sealant in the gap to the required depth by applying even pressure on the trigger.
- Use a damp trowel or putty knife to achieve a smooth finish instantly.
