The economical, non-approved impact anchor for multiple anchoring of non-load-bearing systems with internal threading made of electro-galvanised steel and stainless steel.  Read more

The fischer EA N impact anchor is an internally threaded rod made of electro galvanised steel and stainless steel. The impact anchor is ideal for multiple fixing of non-load-bearing systems that do not require any approved anchors. The assembly of the internally threaded rod is very economical due to the low screw-in depth, the fast impact assembly and the controlled stroke adjustment. The EA N is positioned with the hammer flush with the anchor base. With the EA-ST impact tool, the sleeve is expanded and braced against the borehole wall when the dowel is driven into the borehole. For proper expansion, no torque must be applied to the bolt.

FEATURES

  • Simple impact assembly
  • The metric internal thread allows the use of threaded rods or conventional screws to ideally suit the application.
  • The EA-ST hand-tightening tool contributes to fast assembly.

APPLICATIONS

  • Piping and ventilation systems
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Steel structures
  • Consoles

BUILDING MATERIALS

  • Concrete C12/15, compressed
  • C20/25 concrete, compressed

FUNCTIONALITY

  • The EA N is suitable for pre-assembly.
  • Place the impact anchor in the borehole and fix it precisely to the surface of the anchor base with the hammer.
  • Then, with the EA-ST impact tool, the sleeve is expanded by driving the pin into the borehole and braced against the borehole wall.
  • The hammer tools must be positioned at the edge of the anchor for proper expansion.
