Total Thermal Shield 18L Fischer Insulating Membrane

Total Thermal Shield (ETT) is an insulating membrane with high-vacuum microceramic particles and nanostructured titanium dioxide, which applied to a surface reflects infrared rays, providing excellent qualities such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, anti-condensation and fire resistance. Simple to apply and environmentally friendly, ETT can theoretically reduce a home's heating and air conditioning costs by up to 30 - 50%.

CHARACTERISTICS

It comes as a thick liquid material, formed by spherical ceramic microgranules with high vacuum (microspheres with a diameter of between 20 and 40 microns and filling granules of 10 microns) that, once dry, covers any surface uniformly, forming a layer continuous and without splices, flexible and without cracks, which with a thickness of 0.5 to 0.6 mm, provides multiple properties in addition to allowing the substrate to breathe:

• Excellent thermal insulator (hot/cold), as it reflects infrared rays.
• High waterproofing and anti-condensation capacity.
• Fire resistant: does not spread fire, non-combustible once applied and dry.
• High adhesion on any type of surface and resistant to impacts.
• Acoustic insulating properties.
• Eliminates bacteria, fungi, molds and odors due to its photocatalytic capacity.
• Accelerates the production of negative ions, beneficial for health.
• Its properties are maintained for 15 to 20 years outdoors.

APPLICATIONS

It can be applied both outdoors and indoors on any material commonly used in construction: concrete, mortar, brick, slate, tile, fiber cement, plasterboard, stone, tile, iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, glass, wood, etc
